What we collect: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your role and company size, all with your consent; and aggregate visit statistics computed from short-lived pseudonymised identifiers, with raw identifiers purged within 30 days. Why: to contact you about this product and to measure interest in it. Lawful basis: consent for the waitlist; legitimate interests for aggregate statistics. Who processes it: our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and our payment provider for founding deposits. Retention: waitlist data is deleted on request at any time, and deleted in full if this product does not proceed. Your rights: you can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@getregula.com, and you can complain to the ICO.
